  Quail Hollow Park has over 700 acres of rolling meadows, marshes, and wooded areas, plus a 40-room house that's available for tours when you're ready to take a break from biking. Located near Hartville homes for sale, it's a popular destination for mountain bikers since it has a 3.3-mile mountain bike loop trail that's suitable for beginning or intermediate riders.   If you'd like a ride on an urban trail, head to the Stark Electric Railway Trail, which follows the route of the former rail line of the same name. In addition to the memorial to our 25th president, which includes the final resting spot of McKinley and his family, the museum features a comprehensive exhibit displaying 200 years of Stark County history. Admission is $10 for adults and $8 for kids ages 3-18. The museum is open from 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday (closed from noon - 1 p.m. for cleaning).

   The Canton Museum of Art owes its existence to another local cultural institution. In 1935, the Little Civic Art Gallery opened in a small room on the second floor of the Canton Public Library. Annual programming includes 12 to 14 exhibits, from nationally touring shows to curated collections from regional artists. Tickets are $8 for visitors over the age of 12, with free admission every Thursday and the first Friday of each month. Visits are currently by reservation only. CMA is open 10 a.m. - 8 p.m. Tuesday through Thursday, 10 a.m. - 5 p.m. Friday and Saturday, and 1 p.m. - 5 p.m. Sunday.
   
   
3. First Ladies National Historic Site - 205 Market Ave. S., Canton, OH 44702
   U.S. Presidents are the stuff of grade school history classes, but the First Ladies have a compelling story all their own. The Education and Research Center at the First Ladies National Historic Site depicts how these vibrant, intelligent women overcame the restraints of tradition to establish a position of influence. Admission is free for all visitors. Hours are 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. Wednesday through Saturday.
   
   
4. Hoover Historical Center - 1875 E. Maple St., North Canton, OH 44720
   How many carpets in North Canton homes for sale have been made spotless by Hoover vacuum cleaners? The Hoover Historical Center preserves the legacy of the man who became, literally and figuratively, a household name. As you walk through William H. Hoover's childhood home, enjoy interactive exhibits playing iconic advertising jingles and try out different models of vacuum cleaners from over the years. The exterior of the home is equally interesting, with award-winning gardens tended by volunteers from The Herb Society. Admission to the center is free, but donations are welcome and reservations are required. Tours are conducted on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday afternoons.
   
   
5. Massillon Museum - 121 Lincoln Way E., Massillon, OH 44646
   While most museums are dedicated to either art or history, Massillon Museum prides itself on bringing both together. Before moving to its current location in 1938, the museum was in the home once owned by James Duncan, founder of Massillon. Today the museum holds more than 100,000 artifacts, including photographs, textiles, and artwork, as well as a permanent exhibit devoted to Paul Brown, the legendary NFL Hall of Fame coach and executive who grew up around Massillon homes for sale. Museum admission is free, with donations accepted. Hours are 9:30 a.m. - 5 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday and 2 p.m. - 5 p.m. Sunday.
